Elizabeth and I enjoyed our 4th of July in El Salvador. We hope that everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July wherever you were fortunate enough to spend it. We enjoyed ours very much. Elizabeth’s brother and his family come over and we grilled pork tenderloin. I made my homemade Bar-B-Q sauce, Elizabeth made homemade coleslaw and potato salad. Everyone enjoyed the food and a good time. We missed our family in the states but we were able to spend time on the phone with them.
