We send our greetings from El Salvador, It has been some time since I have posted on here, I apologize, but I have had some issues going on. I will do my best to post at least a couple of times a month.
Our daughter Marisol and the grandchildren came for a visit in June, they stayed with us until the first week of August. Her husband Alex was able to come the last two weeks of the vacation. Elizabeth and I enjoyed their stay with us. We went to the beach and visited many of the sites here in El Salvador.
This year was a real wet rainy season this year, worst one in five years. There was a lot of flooding and water damage. There will have to be some repairs on our roof before the next rain season. Now we are in our dry season, and it is very dry and hot.
November has been a good month, with the addition of a new puppy to our family last week. I had said that I was not going to have another dog after someone stole my Boxer Tisha a few months ago, but I really missed not having her around, so we got a puppy, I named him Apache, we are becoming friends quite fast.
Elizabeth and I had a very nice Thanksgiving, we had over twenty of the family over, (Elizabeth has a large family). There was roast Turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn pudding, assorted vegetables and of course rice and tortillas. We really enjoyed the day with the family. I am very grateful for our many blessings and our beautiful family and friends. We thank God for all the blessings that we have. Our hope is that all of you had a great Thanksgiving as well.
Please check out the attached pictures, we hope that you enjoy them.
